WatchMyStay monitors publicly observable information about hotels you choose and emails you when evidence suggests an important change. The service is provided free of charge, as is, and may contain errors or delays.

What WatchMyStay does not do

• It does not guarantee that any hotel is open, safe or able to honour a reservation.
• It does not see, manage, cancel or claim on your booking, and gives no insurance, legal or financial advice.
• Absence of an alert is not confirmation that a hotel is operating normally.

Your responsibilities

Always confirm important arrangements directly with the hotel or your booking provider. Provide an email address you control.

Commercial links

Some alternative-hotel links may earn us a commission. They are labelled, and never affect assessments or alerts.

Liability
