Search for the exact property and enter your check-in and check-out dates. That, plus your email, is all we ask for.
2. We keep watch
We check the hotel’s business status, website and official notices – more often as your stay gets closer – and share the work with everyone watching the same hotel.
3. Evidence, not alarm
If credible evidence appears, you get a calm email showing what we found, how sure we are, what we can’t confirm, and what to do next.
Our promise
- We only email you when there is a real, evidenced change
- Every alert says whether it is a possible issue, likely disruption or confirmed change, and shows its sources.
- We will never tell you to cancel. We’ll suggest you verify with the hotel or your booking provider.
